SHIPPING: Products are generally shipped or available for download within 2 business Days of payment. If this is not possible, the customer will receive an estimated delivery date and may choose to cancel with a full refund or to wait for delivery. Tangible goods are shipped by US Postal Service, UPS or Federal Express and are billed the actual shipping and insurance charges or less, plus in some cases, a packing and handling fee up to $5.00.

REFUNDS: Cancellations before product shipment receive a full refund. We refund the full purchase price excluding shiping and handling for all authorized returns received in good condition.
